I trust their opinion when dealing with music reviews and top 10 places to get a good burger downtown. They should shy away from idle speculation on where multi-national corporations are going to set up shop. Seems all of these "facts" are heresay and as you track them down, they mostly just lead to other blogs. Might as well ask them for the lottery picks for next week for all they know.
